VOXGEN tasks Baber Smith with creating a new online brand experience

VOXGEN, the international speech solutions group, has tasked Baber Smith with the design and build of a new website that will bring the brand to life in an engaging, informative and impactful way. A leader in Multi channel customer service automation, VOXGEN create speech recognition solutions, mobile applications for a range of organisations from retailers and financial institutions to utilities companies and the government; helping its clients create positive brand experiences over the phone while realising significant cost savings. Baber Smith will be responsible for all aspects of the new website design and build including content planning, online creative, site architecture and interactive development. The site will incorporate a new content management system so that the website can be easily updated according to VOXGEN’s future marketing and new business strategies. As part of Baber Smith’s remit, the agency will also redevelop the brand’s existing positioning to improve its relevancy to its target audience. VOXGEN provides large scale, multi-channel customer care solutions for the phone on behalf of large, brand conscious, consumer facing organisations. (Including mobile applications, SMS, inbound and outbound calls).
